Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for the sale of Goods by the Supplier to the Buyer and will prevail over any other communication, agreement or documentation from the Buyer.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect a Buyer’s statutory rights as a Consumer.
If the Buyer accepts delivery of the Goods, then this shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Any special conditions which apply will be set out in an email to the Buyer and will form part of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions can only be varied if the Supplier specifically agrees in writing.
The Supplier is entitled to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions (including any special or varied terms and conditions accepted by the Buyer upon purchase).
Any complaints by the Buyer must be in writing to the Supplier’s address.

To place an order the Buyer must use the Shopping Cart.
All orders are executed after approval from the Mobiliardi's Sales Office, which reserves the right to issue a written statement of approval.
The Supplier may choose not to accept an order for any reason whatsoever.
Items that have been made to order or made to a customer’s requirements are non-returnable.
Made to order items may be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our sales team. After this time additional charges may be applied to amend orders where it is possible to amend.
Our offers are valid for a period of 30 days starting from the date of offer, unless otherwise stated.

VAT is included in the price of the Goods.
The total price, including delivery (if delivery charge is applicable), will be displayed and confirmed upon checkout before the order is confirmed.
Payment of the price delivery charges must be made in full before order is processed. Please contact our sales team to discuss alternative payment options.
Once the Supplier receives the order the Supplier will e-mail confirmation of the order including details of the Goods ordered and the price.
The total price you pay for the goods will be shown in a proforma invoice.
The Supplier is entitled to adjust the advertised price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, the imposition of any new taxes or duties, typographical error, or error in pricing information from suppliers.
Should The Supplier have cause to adjust the price you will be offered the opportunity to cancel the order before the payment.

It is possible to correct any errors up until the point of payment on the website, after this time any amendments must be made within 24 hours by contacting us. Failure to report any errors within this time may result in additional charges or extended lead times.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price the Supplier shall have the right to refuse or cancel an order submitted at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
If your payment has already been processed and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund for the full value of the amount processed.

Each product page includes how long it takes to dispatch that particular article.
"Shipping time" refers to the period from receiving payment to loading the goods from the seller's warehouse and handing them over to the shipping company for delivery to the customer.
Shipping time quoted are done so in good faith but shall be non-binding.
The Supplier will not be liable for any losses incurred by the buyer or any other persons as a result of a delay in any part of the delivery.
The title in Goods will only pass to the Buyer upon cleared full payment of the price and on delivery of the Goods to the Delivery Address. Risk in any Goods passes to the Buyer on delivery of those Goods to the Delivery Address.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to examine the packaging and Goods very carefully for any damage, immediately upon collection or receipt from a third party carrier. If there is any damage at all, for example, packaging shows signs of being torn or squashed, the Buyer must notify the Supplier by email on the day it collects the Goods or receives them from the third party carrier.

Deliveries within the EU (excluding islands) will be free of charge unless otherwise specified on the website or in the title as indicated by 'Price valid for:...'. Please note that certain postcodes may incur additional charges.
The Supplier reserves the right to impose further delivery charges if delivery is not able to made on the first attempt due incorrect information being supplied by the buyer.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased Goods, you have the right to return them within 14 days from the date of delivery. The thirty-day return period shall expire from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you physically takes delivery of the goods purchased. However, please note that a full refund will only be made if you inform us of the return of the Goods and send it to us within the first 14 days of receipt of the ordered Goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal and return of purchased Goods, you must contact our customer support team by completing the online contact form at www.mobiliardi.com/contact-form. Once you contact our customer support team, you will be provided with a return code and return address – please note that we only accept returned goods that are shipped with the return code provided and delivered to the return address provided.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period (14 days), it is sufficient to send a notice of return of the goods before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this Contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date on which we received the returned goods from you. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.
Please note that a return fee will be applied to all returned goods and will be deducted from the total return amount.
Please note that we only accept returned Goods if they have not been used or damaged and have been sent back to us in their original packaging and in situations where the Withdrawal from the contract is excluded by law. If we determine that the returned Goods have been used but are still in resellable condition, we may still refund you the money, but you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the Goods as a result of handling the Goods that is not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the Goods. Therefore, if we find that the returned product has been used, we could deduct the reduced value from the refunded amount.
If you purchased outside the European Union we will apply a return fee to all returned goods, which will be deducted from the total amount of the return. The return fee will be equal to 15% of the total value of the returned goods.
Please note that we will only accept returned goods and refund them if they are returned to the address provided by our customer support and the return authorization code is indicated on the shipment. Please do not send returned goods to our office address as we will not be able to receive them.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if you have chosen a non-standard delivery option. Deliveries will be Free of charge to EU unless otherwise stated on the website or in the title: "Price valid for:...". Some postcodes do carry additional charges.
